Step 1: Get in Touch with Us

              Determine dates for your Team Photo Session

​

 

Step 2: Select Dates and Submit Team Information

​

For a seamless photo session, please provide us with a few potential dates that work for your team. This helps us accommodate everyone's availability more effectively. Once you have the dates, RESERVE YOUR SPOT along with your team's roster information, contact details, desired banner/poster title, and any other important information. We appreciate your cooperation in making this process smoother for everyone.

                Get Word out to your Teams 

 

Step 3: Notify Your Team and Access PrePay Order Forms

​

After determining your photo shoot dates, inform your team members. They will have access to online PrePay Order Forms ( with custom access code) for convenient pre-ordering and receive important shoot details. Youth SideLine will also create a custom team flyer for your team's chat or social media, generating excitement and providing essential information. We're here to help, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions!

Step 4: Submit Team and Individual Order Details

​

To accommodate both individual orders and banners (such as team banners or sponsorship banners), we kindly ask you to submit the necessary information. This includes team roster details, as well as any specific requirements or preferences for individual orders and banners. Access the order submission form on our website or contact us for further assistance.

                    Photo Shoot Day

​

Step 5: Team Session Information

​

For team sessions, please take note of the following:

  1. Duration: Team sessions typically last 30-45 minutes per 15 subjects, adjusted according to team size. Multi-team sessions will be scheduled in designated time slots.

  2. Equipment: Remember to bring all necessary equipment, such as catchers' gear, football helmets and pads, shin guards for soccer, and cleats.

  3. Photo Ordering: After your child's photos have been edited and customized, we will send an email with a link for convenient ordering. Additional merchandise and product options will also be available.

  4. Photo Usage: The photos taken on the day of the shoot will be used for posters, with possible layout adjustments for team photos.
